REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful growth often begins when we learn to meet ourselves with compassion.
Learning to feel at home within ourselves can be one of life’s most difficult journeys, especially when our inner voice whispers harsh judgment instead of understanding.

Working Together
Life can be challenging to navigate, and even harder to bear all on your own. If you’ve been moving through life with a quiet, or persistent sense that something isn’t quite right, you’re in the right place.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, loss, or life transitions, the weight of uncertainty, overwhelm, and inner tension can feel heavy. You may also be exploring questions related to your identity, wrestling with your sense of self-worth, or carrying feelings that are hard to name. My priority is to create a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what feels difficult, and begin caring for the parts of you that long for clarity and may have felt unseen, judged, shamed or silenced.
I care deeply about creating a space where you can show up as your full self and feel valued for who you are. Whether we’re working toward finding language for your experiences, strengthening your inner resources to navigate life’s challenges, clarifying what truly matters to you, or supporting you in being with yourself in self-respecting ways, I focus on meeting you where you are with empathy, connection, and presence so that you leave each session feeling more supported, understood and empowered.
My approach is rooted in relational therapy and primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I adopt a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to foster a collaborative and respectful space, where your comfort, pace and autonomy are always prioritized.
I recognize the courage and strength it takes to reach out for support and I commend you for taking this step. I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey.
