Working Together

I’m a psychotherapist who works with children, teens, and adults, supporting clients from early childhood through adulthood. I began my work supporting children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, using behavioural strategies to help with emotional regulation, communication, and everyday challenges.

Today, my practice focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, social anxiety, low self-esteem, relational concerns such as parent–child conflict and communication difficulties, life stressors, and major life transitions.

My style is collaborative, person-centred, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. I draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT, and incorporate the ARC framework when trauma is part of a client’s story. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are and talking about what matters most to them.

Our work together isn’t just about talking — it’s about building practical skills that you can carry into your daily life. When clients are comfortable, I’m happy to collaborate with others involved in their care, such as physicians, psychiatrists, school staff, or supportive family members, to help create a consistent circle of support.
